  1: Business Warrant of Fitness
Your business health check ...

Owning a business is a bit like owning a car.
It's a big investment, there are many different types, there's a lot of working parts that need to be looked after, and it has the potential to move very fast or crash with a moments notice if you're not paying attention.
So.., just like you service and test your car to keep it in excellent working order, your business deserves the same attention from a professional.
We'll take a look "under the hood" of your business to uncover your strengths and weakness'.

Our assessment is designed to get you thinking about some of the really important questions and covers topics such as:
      • Your financial health - eg: How's your cashflow?  Do you have cash reserves? How easy is to raise additional or control your capital?  What's your break even and profitability?
      • Your business' future health -  eg: Who's going to carry on when you want to quit?  Will you last the first 5 years?
      • The health of your products and services -  eg: Is your quality up to standard? Have you got new and exciting products on the go? Do you have wastage?
      • Your Marketing health - eg: Who's your competition and how much do they charge? How and where do you tell people about your stuff?  Have you got a "brand"?
      • Your capability health - eg: Can you expand into other markets?  What will happen if you lose your top 3 clients?
  2:  Business Discovery
Reporting on the analysis ...

Take your "Warrant of Fitness" to the next level with indepth analysis of the results

We'll probe into the results of your assessment and give you a comprehensive report on our findings.
Our report is designed to discover opportunities to better the efficiency and effectiveness of your business and will allow you to start formulating some strategies to diminish any areas of weakness and boost the things you are currently doing well.
   3: Your Grand Design
Developing the strategy for your business plan.

This is a vital step in the "roadmap" to help you get from where you currently are, to where you really want to be!

Goal setting is crucial to business success because like being in your car - generally you like to know the direction you're heading otherwise you'll spend a lot of time driving around in circles wasting gas!
With the findings of your Business Warrant of Fitness and Discovery sessions, we'll work with you in documenting goals that are specific, measurable, action-orientated, realistic and time specific that will help keep your business enroute.

We'll help with setting goals for:
      • Financial objectives
      • Strategic objectives
      • Operational objectives
      • Marketing objectives
      • Social/Environmental objectives
  4:  Putting it together
Writing your business plan (we provide the template and assistance)

Now you know where you're headed, you've sorted out what road you're going to take to get there... it's time to write it all down!

Your business plan will document your agreed "route map", with directions and timelines.
Putting your plans in writing helps to keep your focus and helps to assess your priorities so unless you're taking the scenic route, the most efficient way of getting from A to B is to stick to your roadmap!

Of course there may be "roadworks" along the way that cause a small "detour" on your map. However, your Business Plan is a living document that will grow and change over the lifespan of your business with it's main objective being to identify your key goals and how to achieve them in line with changing market and technological trends.
  5:  Track and Measure
Our KPI monitoring solutions can help you stay on "course" so you can measure the growth in your business.

Your business doesn't have an "odometer" so how do you know how far you've travelled?
With regular monitoring of your progress we can compare your results against similar industries or give you the ratios of certain performances to allow you to benchmark yourself.
Monitoring your business vital signs (or Key Performance Indicators), is a bit like keeping an eye on your fuel, oil and water gauges.
With regular checking you'll be able to keep moving forward and identify any potential problems sooner without the risk of damage to your valuable asset.
  6: Branching Out
Continued support as you continue to grow your business

You're now "On your own! (but you're not alone!)"

This is our version of an "extended warranty plan".
We can provide as little or as much ongoing assistance as you require with one on one coaching and business mentoring.
