Mike Hanaray, DIRECTOR – JP, B Com, FCA, ANZIM, RTNZ Mike has been in public practice in Hamilton since 1988 having previously held senior finance and accounting positions particularly in the Dairy Industry. In his earlier career in Chartered Accounting his primary focus was audit, being Audit Manager for a Wellington based Chartered Accounting practice, which subsequently merged into Ernst Young. Mike has previously owned and operated his own businesses outside of Chartered Accounting, is Chairman of an unlisted public company, and is also a Director and/or Trustee of a number of other private companies and Trusts. He is currently a member of the Executive Board of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, having been involved at National level within the Institute over the past decade. Colin Tasker, DIRECTOR – BBS, CA, B Agr Sc, ANZIV Colin Tasker has been associated with the Chartered Accounting firm of Craig and Tasker Chartered Accountants for ten years including seven years as Partner. Prior to joining Craig and Tasker he held positions of Senior Accountant in the Hamilton office of KPMG and was a registered valuer and lending manager for Rural Bank in the Tauranga, Bay of Plenty region. Colin has developed a strong audit practice especially over the past 11 years and has a keen interest and specialist knowledge in the bloodstock industry. Email: colin@aol.org.nz

Alison Nation, DIRECTOR – CA, ACIS, BBS Alison Nation has been with Accountants on London for almost 5 years. Prior to joining AOL she was an Associate with one of the large Hamilton Accounting firms Limited where she had worked for ten years. Alison started her career in industry in Wanganui before completing her university studies at Massey. She then moved into Chartered Accountancy in Wanganui prior to heading to London for her OE where she worked for two years on temporary assignments with various companies including a yearlong assignment with British Rail. On her return to New Zealand she once again had a mix of CA and industry in Wanganui and Paeroa before heading to Hamilton. Alison has a loyal client base whom are mainly small to medium sized commercial operations. She is married to Peter and they live on their lifestyle block which, with utilising a couple of the neighbours blocks they operate as a “farm” where they fatten steers and run some sheep. They have two children, Samantha who currently attends Berkley Intermediate School and Thomas who is at Tamahere Model Country school where Alison is an active member of the PTA. Jane is the newest director and Practice Manager at AOL. She is a Chartered Accountant with twenty years experience in both public practice and industry, who is passionate about finding solutions to help clients optimse their businesses. Having grown up in a rural community, Jane is well versed in the issues facing rural clients today. She also enjoys working with commercial businesses and investors and has a thorough understanding of the implications for investors holding overseas investments. Jane is married to Paul and they have twin daughters Penny and Abbie. She joined AOL in 2007 after a stint overseas with her family where they enjoyed living and travelling in Europe. Outside the office, Jane can often be found supporting her girls on the sideline at netball or watching a dance class. She likes to keep fit and can be found participating in the odd Triathlon. Peter Craig has been in public practice since 1988 and has had extensive experience in the motor industry. Peter has been a Director of the Motor Trade Association and VTNZ during the past 5 years. He has held the secretarial positions for the local branch of the Motor Trade Association and the Motor Vehicle Dealers Institute since 1988. He also has extensive knowledge in the areas of business management, taxation and has strong auditing skills, developed over a number of years in his present practice and prior to this with Barr, Burgess and Stewart, (Coopers and Lybrand). Peter retired as a Director of Accountants on London as at 31 December 2005, but remains as an active consultant to the firm. Email: peter@aol.org.nz

Tim Doyle, GRADUATE ACCOUNTANT - BSpExSc Tim has joined us from a Sport and Exercise background where he has recently just finished his degree and is now continuing his studies at a Graduate Level in Accounting at Waikato University. Although the accounting profession may seem at the opposite end of the spectrum to sport, he is thoroughly enjoying working for Accountants On London and the friendly working environment. Tim grew up in New Plymouth and was a keen sportsman, having been in top regional teams for both swimming and basketball, which he continued through to 2008 - where he trialed for the New Zealand Olympic Swim Team. Before attending University, Tim spent over twelve months as a Navy Diver working in Auckland's North Shore. He is also a keen musician and has attained Grade 8 on the piano. Mayfung (or May as she is known by us) is from Kiribati, one of the Pacific Island Countries. She came to New Zealand to study at the University of Auckland, and in 2005 graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). Following her graduation she worked at the Kiribati National Audit Office for approximately 3 years. A desire to further challenge and develop her accounting skills, led her to Accountants on London where she joined our Audit team in February 2008, before moving to our Accounting team in June 2008. She is currently studying towards her CA qualification. When not at work, May likes to catch up with family and friends and also enjoys listening to music and reading. Email: May@aol.org.nz

Lynette Mortleman, ACCOUNTANT - BSc, CA With a farming background in the Gisborne area, Lynette worked as an analytical chemist for MAF for 17 years before deciding on a career change in 1997. She consequently retrained and has been an Accountant for the past 12 years having recently returned to New Zealand from a 2 year working OE in the United Kingdom. Geoff Roan, ACCOUNTANT - BAC, CA Geoff, educated at St Pauls Collegiate in Hamilton, went straight to Massey University after leaving school where he completed a B.B.S. Following this he commenced work within the bloodstock industry on major Equine Studs throughout New Zealand and America. Initially working as a groom, he was able to advance his way to Stallion Manager at Cambridge Stud, home of Zabeel. Approximately four years ago Geoff completed his B Acc at Massey University and headed overseas to work in Kentucky, America as an intern in a CA firm for six months. Since having returned to New Zealand, Geoff has worked at one of the large accounting firms in Hamilton City for 3 years where he further attained his PCE1 and PCE2. Geoff is one of the newest members of the Accountants on London staff and has a very good association with John Aubrey (Bloodstock Consultant), and has a keen interest in this industry. Girish Rege, ACCOUNTANT/AUDITOR – B.Com, DBM. (India) Originally from Bombay (now Mumbai) India, Girish has worked for 17 years in various capacities in multinational organizations in Bombay. A desire for a change of pace and lifestyle for his family, led Girish to New Zealand and eventually to Hamilton - where he joined Accountants On London as an Intermediate Accountant. Alistair Turner, ACCOUNTANT – BsocSc (hon.) Alistair was born in South Africa, raised in England and moved to New Zealand in 1999 - and considers himself as a Yorkshire Man who likes to travel. In 2003 Alistair enrolled at Waikato University where he attained first class Honours in the Bachelor of Social Sciences. Gary Wong, SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – BMS (hon.), CA Gary Wong grew up in Hong Kong where he commenced his Accounting career straight from school. Emigrating to New Zealand in 1998, he settled in Gisborne to begin study towards his Diploma in Business, which he later obtained. Not content with this level of formal education, he moved to Hamilton continuing further studies at Waikato University and obtaining a double major BMS (hon.) in Accountancy and Finance. In 2002, he returned to Gisborne and continued his accounting career in a local Gisborne firm dealing primarily with rural clients. Having previously been exposed to commercial accounting in Hong Kong, Gary very quickly gained practical accounting experience with the firm. At the same time, he also initiated his first formal NZ accounting qualification passing PCE1, whilst continuing to work and hone his practical skills. In 2007, Gary decided to take his family moving back to Hamilton and completed his PCE2 thus gaining his CA qualification. Gary and his wife have 3 children and are consequently kept very busy outside of work. They speak 3 languages between them – Cantonese, mandarin and English. Originally form Hamilton, New Zealand, Chad came to Accountants on London having worked for Ernst & Young in the Auckland office for 4 ½ years, including 3 months in the financial services division of the Dublin Ireland Office. A desire for a change of pace and lifestyle for his family , led Chad back to his home town - where he is currently our Audit Senior. Currently engaged with a beautiful baby daughter, Chad plays in the Hamilton Twilight Cricket competition and is a self confessed "motor head". Manisha Rama - AUDITOR - BMS, CA With a sound background in Audit, Manisha is currently diversifying and has recently attained her CA qualification, as she aspires to be a well rounded chartered accountant. Manisha has been with us since December 2007 and is a valued member of our Audit team. Originally from Rotorua , Manisha commenced work as an Auditor in a local firm before moving to Hamilton. Growing up on a dairy farm in the Waikato, Linda studied at Wintec and achieved a Diploma of Business Studies. After 6 years of study with the New Zealand Speech Board, Linda has also attained a Diploma in Public Speaking and Communication, and has been an avid member of Toastmasters for 5 years. Linda has previously had roles in commercial and manufacturing accounting. She has been with us for 18 months and is one of our Auditors. When not at work she enjoys gardening, and family. She heads up our Administration and Support team and together they are responsible for the smooth running of our office. Mandy Carter, CLIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT Mandy is new to our Client Services Assistant role, previously coming from an Accounts Receivable background for the past four years. Having experience in customer service she is looking forward to getting to know you, our clients, to work with you and our team. She is responsible for assisting you with collating your end of year information to ensure that we have captured everything we require in order to process your accounts quickly and accurately. She will also be monitoring the progress of your job. Mandy grew up in the Waikato and likes to be active. Rowena McChesney, TAX ADMINISTRATOR Rowena is our tax administrator and is passionate about her work, endeavoring to ensure our clients are compliant with the IRD and that we are providing the best possible service. Having worked for 13 years with the Inland Revenue Department Rowena has a sound knowledge of basic tax and an appreciation of how the IRD works. When you visit or telephone Accountants On London, it is more than likely that Kim will be the first person that you meet. She holds the vital role of our receptionist and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Kim is crucial in the smooth running of the office and also has an Accounting background. Originally, from the “mainland” Kim has been living in the Waikato for the past 3 years.
