Based on London Street in the heart of Hamilton City, Accountants on London Limited was formed on 1 January 2004 and is a well established and experienced Chartered Accounting Practice servicing local businesses and the wider rural Waikato community.
Not only do we offer the more traditional accounting services such as the preparation of financial statements, taxation advice, business advisory services, and filing of statutory returns; but we also have a specialised team offering full financial audit services.
We use the latest computerised systems, and ensure our staff have access to latest information and training.

Payment terms and details
Payment for our services must be made in full without deduction, on or before 14 days of invoice date ("the due date" as notated on the invoice).
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS or by direct credit to our bank account number (contact us for account number details)
To further assist with payment you may apply to us for a facility - "Fee Synergy" that offers you the ability to pay your accountancy fee in instalments over a period of 6 or 12 months (subject to a credit approval process, competitive administration and debit interest rate apply)
Interest may be charged, at our sole discretion, on any amount owing after the due date at the rate of 1.25% per month or part month thereof.
Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by us in the enforcement of any rights contained in our engagement letter shall be paid by you, including any reasonable legal fees or debt collection agency fees and our time at normal charge out rates.
Receipt of a cheque, bill of exchange, or other negotiable instrument shall not constitute payment until such negotiable instrument is cleared in full.
